- Downloadable products can be fully refunded within the first 30 days of your purchase. After the initial 30 days, these products can no longer be refunded.
- Shipping costs are not included in a refund of a physical product. Shipping fees are collected for physical products. Those fees are sent to a shipping company to cover the cost of delivering your product to you. Refunding a physical product will only refund the cost of the product, not the shipping. Refunds for the cost of shipping are not included in this guarantee.
